And it's much more than a word-it's the underpinning of our success, which is why absolute integrity is required of all Jacobsen employees, at all times and in all circumstances.  This means if a Jacobsen employee hears:

"Everyone does it this way ..."
Their response is:
"No, everyone does not do it this way... because we don't."

"This is a 'non-meeting.'"
"There is no such thing."

"Nobody will know..."
"Wrong. We know."
