PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Tower 5—a mixed-use commercial & residential building—will stand 20-stories tall on 100 South in the heart of downtown and is a short walk from Salt Lake's best shopping, dining, entertainment and cultural venues, with spectacular views of the Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains and the surrounding cityscape. A pool and terrace will be located on the third floor, with restaurants and shops on the ground floor.
