PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This Class A office features four stories and one level of underground parking. The exterior is a mix of glass and stone that was quarried in South Dakota, Texas and Brazil.
The exterior glazing was unitized — meaning each curtain wall section is pre-built off site and then set in place with a crane. This approach shortened the installation duration, as well as the time to enclose the building, which made for a more efficient project overall.
