PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This five-story office building features office space, a penthouse level, a cafeteria and a 22-acre parking lot. Intended for use as a credit card services center, the building required specialized computer and communications equipment. 

After the project began, the owner required an occupancy date earlier than originally discussed, which Jacobsen met. Although the owner-requested additions to the work scope added 160 days to the schedule, Jacobsen was still able to achieve substantial completion within 45 days of the original completion date.
