PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Old Mill III is identical to the second phase building Jacobsen built for Real Corp Facility Development in 2001. The building has 100,000 square feet of finished office space and an additional 30,000 square feet of designated computer space. In addition to the office building, Jacobsen also constructed a 90,000 sf, three-story parking structure with a pre-engineered metal roof.

Termed a "Smart Building," it's building systems can be accessed over the Internet to monitor and change settings. Sensors in the lighting, HVAC, security, irrigation and snow melt systems continually measure the environment and adjust building systems automatically.
