PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Jacobsen constructed this new headquarters for a large Chicago-based corporation. In addition to 60 acres of site work, the office campus includes 90,000 square foot Employee Services Pavilion (with a fitness center and dining); 400,000 square foot office building; 900-stall parking garage; and 130,000 square foot Support Services Building, which included a Tier III data center and a central plant.
