PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The buildings that make up this residence consist of concrete and structural steel frame configurations on a very small, steep lot. The project includes an accessory "fort" building, which is a concrete structure with large wood timbers constructed to look like an old fort. This buildings ties in with a lagoon-style pool featuring a large water slide, surrounded by landscaping and enclosed with faux rock. The entire property is covered with lush landscape, palm trees, skeleton pirates and rope bridges.
