PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Southern Processing Center is a 95,000 square foot warehouse/administration building built slab on grade. The warehouse section is constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and structural steel interior columns.
The administration area of this design/build project is constructed with structural steel and a structural metal stud window wall system with a brick veneer. Jacobsen delivered the project within budget and two weeks early.
