PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Jacobsen completed four new tracks for Davis and Morgan School Districts finishing one week early and adding additional scope to the original project. The project consisted of replacing four existing tracks and event venues with new synthetic track surfaces.

The project was originally bid using a design-bid-build method with low bids starting at twenty percent higher than the budgeted amount. By involving Jacobsen in a Construction Management process, the project was completed within budget and ahead of schedule.
