PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The two-story frame building features glu lamb beams, stucco and steel siding. A lot of extras were needed for laboratories including gas, acid resistant counters and orange systems. Prefabricated stuctural inslated panels were used to create a cold roof system to melt snow during the winter.
Also included in the project scope was a new pedestrian walkway and steel bridge over the Trail Creek River — providing safe access for nearby student bus stops.
