PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Daybreak Information Center was built as an observation point for a new 4,000-acre community. From every side of the building, potential residents can view the layout of the community and select their new home site from this single point of view.
The building has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, exposed wood beamed ceilings and natural wood floors. Broad verandas surround the building and natural landscaping provide a backdrop for the elevated wood walkways and viewpoints.
The Daybreak Information Center was built to a LEED Gold standard.
