PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the demolition of Buildings #1 and #2 to make way for a new classroom building. The new facility features classrooms, computer labs, teaching spaces and administration spaces.
The second element of the project involved a new central chilled water plant utilizing a combination of two new chillers and reusing/relocating two existing chillers adjacent to the existing cooling tower facility, which is immediately northeast of Stewart Stadium.
