PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The new library's modern design highlights 18-foot ceilings and an open floor plan. The HVAC system is an innovative, ground- coupled geothermal heat pump system.
The facility features state-of-the-art technology, including more than 50 computers for children, teens and adults, as well as a new reference library and space for the library's special collections.
The library was awarded the 2007 Best Small Library in America —an award sponsored by Library Journal and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
