PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The five-story Church History Library is a state-of-art preservation facility housing the Church's expansive archives, including printed materials, records, manuscripts, publications, photographs and audiovisual items. The facility contains 13 storage vaults spanning three floors—three of which are maintained at minus 4-degree temperatures for specific media preservation. The library also features two public reading rooms, conference rooms, 120 staff offices and a digital image processing center, as well as a cutting-edge conservation lab and an audio/video preservation facility.
