PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The beauty of the Conference Center rests in its interior and exterior design and in its overall utility. The main hall is completely free of structural support columns that obstruct the view of the 21,000 people seated in the audience. The structure also supports a rooftop park,featuring running water and fountains. Also included are a 900-seat theater and a 1,300-stall underground parking structure. 

Jacobsen was awarded the work as a joint venture with Okland  Construction and Layton Construction — proof that such a large and prestigious undertaking can be handled by a partnership between local construction companies.
