PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Set on a prominent hilltop, the site offers a beautiful view of San Antonio -- and an even better view of the temple.
Its single-spire design is complemented by a white granite exterior quarried in China. The stone cladding found on retaining walls, stairs and walks is a Texas red -- a tribute to the Lone Star State.
In addition to the Celestial Room, the temple contains two endowment rooms (seating 40 people in each room), two sealing rooms and a baptistery. Interior wall murals were painted by a local artist.
