PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Four Seasons Resort is a five-star resort with 124 hotel rooms, 57 timeshares and a condominium wing. Features include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, restaurants, ballrooms, conference areas, a skier services area and an underground parking structure.
The exterior is stone with cedar siding and timber logs at balconies; the exterior finishes incorporate extensive wood and natural rock. Associated construction work on the 8-1/2 acre site included relocating utilities, building snowmaking equipment and constructing a 30,000 square foot maintenance building.
