PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This hotel and convention center, which was a joint venture project with Okland Construction, includes a 24-story tower, two five-level garden wings, function buildings, court yards and two levels below grade that house parking, mechanical, electrical, laundry and employee facilities.

The guest space consists of 775 rooms, including two presidential suites on the top level, six grand suites on the next level and other suites throughout the remaining floors. The exterior is 240,000 square feet of granite cladding.
