PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Built to serve the needs of the employees of the Scowcroft Building, the Junction City Café is fully accessible to the public, surrounding businesses and community patrons. The café, which features art from local youth and emerging artists, is operated by visually impaired individuals through the Utah State Business Enterprise Program.
The Junction City Café and adjacent Scowcroft Building are part of GSA’s Good Neighbor Program, which provides quality work environments for federal employees while revitalizing local communities.
