PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The three-story expansion houses research laboratories and administrative offices. Expanding from an existing structure required connection of the mechanical systems to a central mechanical area in the Phase II Building. 

The connecting building was occupied and fully functioning during construction, which meant careful considerations were made to ensure the safety of staff and visitors to the facility.
