PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The construction phase of this seismic renovation was completed under a very aggressive schedule... one month. This tight schedule was necessary to accommodate the schedules of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve.
Detailed preconstruction planning included extensive exploration to insure project goals were met. Double shifts worked six days a week to complete the project on time. In the end the job was finished ahead of schedule and Jacobsen was able to return over 16% of the project budget to the owner.
