PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work on this project was performed in four phases:
Phase 1 - Removed interior walls and windows around building perimeter, replace walls and finishes.
Phase 2 - Converted storage area to fitness center, with showers, lockers, exercise equipment and aerobics room.
Phase 3 - Office and tenant space tenant improvements, including network rewiring.
Phase 4 – Placed new roof on 300,000 sf building. Reconfigure exterior walls and surfaces with EIFS.
