PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Symantec Corporation tenant improvement project was a challenging, fast-paced project with highly specialized mechanical, electrical, UPS/generator and data systems. 

This was a 52,000 sf build out on the upper two levels of the facility and included multiple open office areas, conference rooms and two highly-specialized data centers.  As a software and system security company, the project required more than half a million dollars in data and fiber cabling alone; therefore, a team with extensive knowledge in the latest fiber-optic technology and installation was critical. The Jacobsen team was able to successfully deliver this technically-demanding project to the owner on time and within budget.
