PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Fidelity American Fork tenant improvement was a fast track project featuring highly specialized mechanical, electrical, UPS/generator, security and data systems.
The project included a 44,000 sf build out consisting of the first and second floors and featured multiple conference rooms, two data centers, team rooms, individual offices and multiple open office areas with numerous work stations. Data and fiber optic work were critical to the owner, who oversees more than a thousand professionals in 25 countries.
The project required a specialized team with a high level of expertise in the latest fiber-cabling technology, which Jacobsen was able to provide. It both a challenging and extremely successful project.
