The 2003 opening of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets marked the first upscale outlet center in the area, as well as one of the pioneering efforts to diversify the business district in downtown Las Vegas.
Located on a sprawling 40 acres, the outdoor village setting takes advantage of the mild weather enjoyed year-round in Southern Nevada. The architectural elements and influences make for a pleasant, upscale atmosphere for shoppers as they browse 120 designer and name-brand outlet stores. The complex also includes a large food court and a customer information center. The exterior is tilt-up concrete panel walls with stucco and stone veneer wainscot.
