Salt Lake Tabernacle Seismic Upgrade & Renovation

As a designated National Historic Landmark, we took extensive precautions and applied special building techniques during work on the Salt Lake Tabernacle. The renovation and seismic upgrade stabilized the existing structure by adding supplemental framing and reinforcing bars to the walls and the 150-foot-wide roof. Interior renovations included new gold leafing to the pipe organ, relocating staircases and remodeling existing spaces used by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

The American Society of Civil Engineers has recognized the Tabernacle as an engineering milestone.
