THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF THE PACIFIC AT DIAMOND HEAD

Jacobsen recently partnered with Kapi’olani Community College (KCC) to expand The Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head. The first phase included two single-story culinary teaching laboratories, an advanced Asian cuisine laboratory, a paved parking lot, an umu pit, farm plots and infrastructure improvements. Our crews constructed the institute on a site formerly occupied by the Cannon Club. The new facility was built to accommodate as many as 200 new culinary students on campus.
