It’s amazing where a single observation will get you.

There we were 11 years ago, minding our own business—literally—and all of a sudden, it hit us: Almost half our business consisted of smaller projects, which require quicker turn-around times and, ultimately, a completely different plan of attack than our larger projects.

We wanted to ensure that we had the right-sized resources to handle these projects. We wanted to provide clients with a construction solution that was cost-competitive, flexible and, most important of all, driven by the needs of the owner. We wanted to create an entire department that was extremely agile, as well as alliance-minded: One that could turn around high-quality projects with tight parameters while forming long-lasting collaborations with our clients.

That's exactly what we did. We call it Jacobsen's Alliance Group.
