This project for Primary Children’s Hospital marks the first major expansion for PCH in 22 years. The 230,000 square-foot, six-story facility houses 41 departments and services—including cardiology, behavioral health, lab, allergy and gastroenterology. A sky bridge connects the new facility to the existing hospital. The scope of work also included constructing a six-level, 690,000 square-foot parking structure.
The EOSB signifies the first phase of construction on the Ambulatory Care Complex—a joint healthcare campus between University of Utah Healthcare and Intermountain Healthcare.
