Jacobsen was selected to build one of Salt Lake County’s most accessible, modern apartment communities. Located between the Wasatch Mountains and downtown Salt Lake City, The East Village is Sandy’s first transit-oriented development. Scope of work includes one five-story and two four-story woodframe buildings that features cultured stone, cement board plank siding and EIFS exterior. The complex also features a two-story clubhouse, swimming pool and a 395-stall parking garage.
