Saratoga Springs Neighborhood Hospital | Summer 2023
This Intermountain Health facility will feature an emergency department that puts life-saving care closer to home for Saratoga Springs residents. It will also include an outpatient surgery center that makes important same-day surgeries significantly more convenient for local patients.
Wavetronix Campus at Hobble Creek Square | Spring 2023
One of Utah’s most unique tech companies is getting a new headquarters designed to inspire its innovators and engage the community. The Wavetronix Campus at Hobblecreek Square in Springville is being built using early 1900s-style architecture and with an endless array of employee and community amenities: a coffee shop, a general store, miniature personal gardens, a career center, tech startup incubator space and much more.
Primary Children’s Hospital Lehi Campus | December 2023
The Primary Children’s Hospital Lehi Campus will be the centerpiece of Intermountain Health’s plan to become America’s model pediatric health system. It will include a five-story hospital building with 66 inpatient beds and a three-story medical office building with 35 outpatient specialty clinics offering mental health treatment, sleep medicine services, physical therapy, infusion therapy and many other types of care.
University of Utah West Village Family & Graduate Housing | Summer 2023
This project will massively upgrade the quality of on-campus housing available to University of Utah’s graduate students, international students, married students and students with children. The complex is being built with an emphasis on walkability and easy access to the rest of the campus.
Intermountain Medical Center Central Laboratory Expansion | Summer 2023
As the largest hospital diagnostics lab in the Intermountain West, the Central Laboratory runs more than six million tests annually. This project raises the bar even further with a lab expansion that will ensure even more tests can be processed more rapidly, helping patients receive their diagnosis — and the treatment they need — sooner.
